"Incredibly beautiful property. The spa experience was one of the best I've had in a very long time. Rooms were very comfy and spacious. The TVs are not smart TVs by default, but when I called they provided me a Chromecast with no issues. At times service was a little bit slow and the lunch menu was very limited. Overall, very positive experience"

"Beautiful hotel in urubamba. The baby llamas were so adorable. Shout out to Rocky and the rest of the hotel staff. Hotel is 2hours outside of the hotel, so you have to plan for transportation if you want to do anything outside the hotel."
