Air/heat in the room….only thing that worked on the unit was the fan….front desk said had to use the thermostat in the wall, but tried explaining to them that it had no power to it and wasn’t operating

Person at the front counter was very friendly. We have stayed here in the past couple of years. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Shower got very hot.
