"他の方の口コミを読んだうえで利用しましたが、全体的にとても満足できる滞在でした。周辺の宿と比べても、朝食付きで比較的きれいなお部屋に泊まれ、さらに温泉まで利用できることを考えると、かなりリーズナブルだと思います。お風呂の利用時間についても、特に「絶対に朝風呂に入りたい」というわけではなかったので、不便は感じませんでした。お湯の温度も、熱すぎるお風呂が苦手な私にはちょうど良かったです。ただ、女風呂の露天風呂はかなり冷たく入れないほどだった。また、水圧も弱めだったようです。それでも、子どもたちは「また来たい！」と口をそろえて言っており、家族全員で楽しく過ごせました。"

"Convenient location, only a short walk from the station. We specially enjoyed sleeping on futons in the family room. The breakfast is simple but generous. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom with separate shower, ofuro and toilet was a plus."

"This place had an old hotel, and I felt old just being there. The price was very expensive and the room was smaller than the picture implied. Regarding the reason for going there - the lake area filled with foreigners with little to do and eat. We walked around the city trying to find a place and there were so few choices and mostly for tourists. I would not come back ever again."

"The staff was very helpful calling taxis for us. The hotel was busy, and my floor was loud. Some families allowing children to run the halls and people having full, loud conversations in the hallways at night. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had a wonderful view of Mt. Fuji. I had a Mt. Fuji view room, but with a roller coaster in the view. I was not expecting that. Still nice to see Mt. Fuji upon waking."

"Everything was excellent, from the staff to the amenities to the food. The view of Mt Fuji from our room was extraordinary. We are a short walk from Fuji-Q Highlands AND we got early entry as hotel guests, so getting on Eejanaika before a line formed was perfect. The onsen is nice (but crowded) and free for hotel guests. The free breakfast buffet was amazing too. The highway bus to Tokyo will pick us up at the hotel, so transportation is super convenient as well."
