"My room - my room 118, must had water damage from the above floor. So massive water stains. Cosmetic within the room. I think there was food splatter on the wall where the refrigerator was located. The pool area looked like it needs some heavy remodeling. There’s a door to nowhere in the pool area (2nd floor) that looks super tacky. The conference room which you walk past looks like more of a storage unit - block that windows from customers peeking in there. Looks tacky. The hotel was conveniently located with graduation activities from uofw Madison. So location was good in terms of being near family. "

"You advertise a full kitchen but don’t provide anything for it. No glassware, plates, utensils, bowls or pans. I travel extensively and rely on Marriott or Hilton properties that supply those items at their hotels that offer kitchen or kitchenette amenities. I won’t be staying at My Place properties in the future"

"Staff were great!! I stayed there to attend a family event and my son and I slept comfortably the only thing was u need a charging box not updated. The curtains were not blackout so people from the road could see in and light came through in the morning. Other than that it was a good stay"

"Stayed for the 24hr access to the hot tub for adults but it was Luke warm. Then showers get hotter than the hot tub. Water was pretty murkey on both pool and hot tub. Other than that a fine stay. Great breakfast."
