Villa was beautiful and very well looked after and good value for money. It is very well equipped, they have thought of everything! Communication was brilliant and very friendly and helpful. Will be returning as soon as i can.

The villa was a great size, and heated pool was a nice touch. The team were available on WhatsApp and were very welcoming and helpful.

We stayed here where we had booked and it was magnificent, exactly what we had booked (few issues with a leaky aircon unit, but nothing that would spoil our stay). Excellent facilities, Private pool, 3 walk in showers, washing machine, well equipped kitchen, really comfortable bed and pillows, we were in our element until 2 days after checking in when the next door villa was having the pool re-tiled, which sounds fine as we understand that maintenance is needed, but they were using an industrial angle grinder right next to the privacy screen of our pool consistently throughout the day and then started the following day at 8.30, so there was no respite. We reported to Serena Villas on day 1, I was asked if I was sure… suggesting I am an idiot, I was told they had guests checking in that day (which was untrue), and I had to make a formal complaint on day 2 to get a resolution or response which was to move me to a ‘slightly smaller’ villa on a different complex. It turned out slightly smaller meant 1 less double bedroom, significantly less living area, 1 less shower room, no roof terrace, much smaller pool and garden area which was overlooked and windy versus the private one we had booked, no individual washing machine and very poorly equipped kitchen. There was no ownership or proactivity from the company to check if my complaint was resolved. It was a real shame as if we had been able to stay peacefully in the villa we had booked we would have given 5 stars for everything.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Serena Holiday Homes by LIVVO auf Lanzarote. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Sauberkeit der Unterkunft – alles war sehr gepflegt und ordentlich. Der beheizte Pool war ein echtes Highlight und perfekt zum Entspannen, auch wenn es mal etwas windiger war. Die ruhige Lage hat uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen, ideal um abzuschalten und die Insel zu genießen. Gleichzeitig sind die traumhaften Papagayo-Strände nur wenige Minuten entfernt – für uns definitiv einige der schönsten Strände auf Lanzarote. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

Sehr saubere schöne Location, Lage sehr ruhig. Trotzdem ist Preis/Leistung an der oberen Grenze! Kommunikation mehrheitlich gut, ich hätte mir bei einem medizinischen Notfall ein Entgegenkommen gewünscht, fürs nächste Mal Menschlichkeit über Wirtschaftlichkeit!

Unser Aufenthalt in den Serena Villas war rundum fantastisch. Die Lage ist wirklich ideal – ruhig, aber dennoch schnell bei Restaurants, Stränden und allen wichtigen Punkten. Besonders begeistert hat uns das private Pool: sehr sauber, angenehm temperiert und perfekt, um jederzeit zu entspannen. Auch die gesamte Anlage wirkt gepflegt und einladend. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!
