Great hotel, we booked the Prestige package, which was very much worth it, daily free spa access, unlimited bottled water and access to the restaurants (as a substitute for the buffet dinner). Two comments: 1. The tennis rackets are in very poor condition, so bring your own if you want to play 2. The late check out (which is included in the Prestige package depending availability) was a bit cumbersome to get arranged, we ended up having to talk to the hotel manager to use this benefit, but in the end everything worked out and it was great!

Very nice trip

Nice hotel close to the beach and miles of coastline to walk along. Also close to a volcano you can walk up which was handy. Rooms were nicely set out and roomy, with decking for each room which is a lovely bonus.The shower was a waterfall shower which was fantastic. The pools in the are were kept very well and were very refreshing on the hot days. Staff was very friendly and ready to help.

Nous avons séjourné 8 nuits avec un enfant de 12 ans. Les équipements correspondent au descriptif, il est préférable de prévoir un véhicule car même si l’hôtel propose des navettes pour les plages c’est indispensable pour visiter ou aller dîner en ville. Les piscines sont grandes, mais en fin d’après-midi, par manque d’éducation et de civisme les plages sont sales car peu de gens nettoient autour de leur transat ( verres, pots de yaourt…) La nourriture proposée au restaurant est très basique, pas régulièrement réapprovisionnée. Le choix des plats est restreint, cela permet d’aller essayer les restaurants en ville… Les chambres sont confortables, spacieuses et silencieuses. Toutefois il n’est pas possible de dormir avec la Clim car la bouche donne directement sur lit et n’est pas réglable. Dans son ensemble l’hôtel propose un rapport qualité prix correct.

Generally a pretty good experience overall. Cleanliness in the eating area not always great and food range a bit repetitive after 7 days. Eating out for some of the time was necessary

Lovely hotel.

Lovely hotel. The rooms are large and very modern. Always kept very clean and tidy. Pools are cold that is only downfall, the chlorine pool could definitely do with being heated seen as salt one can’t. Good choice of food, though a lot of breakfast items such as sausages were cold most days. Staff always very pleasant, though restaurant manager Juan very rude and found this last time too. Animation team are fabulous, such a good laugh. Would definitely stay again.

Overall good

One the whole a very good weeks stay at the Elba. Room very comfortable and clean. Had a coffee machine but they were very reluctant to give you the coffee for it. Bottled water provided in the room which is nice. Pool areas very clean and nice pools. Need to enforce the no reserving of sun beds. To many covered in towels all day without getting used.(just remove them like we did) Bar areas good and a good selection of international spirits on the all inclusive if you ask for them. Restaurants. Main buffet one, not bad. A good selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner but wouldn’t like to have to eat there everyday if hear for more than a few days. The Italian which you have to book into. We’ll this on our visit was the worst experience of the week. We could only get the last sitting, 9.00pm. We opted for the cold buffet to start, we went up and 80% of items were gone, not refilled. We asked for them. After about 45 mins and asking again the chefs came out with some bread and threw it into the serving area. His attitude was so bad, just because he had to make more items. He didn’t make what we were waiting for. After 1 hour wait we eventually had to have what we could. Everything after that was just a rush. They just wanted to get finished and us out. Struggling to get service for more drinks etc. Asked for a coffee at the end of the meal and were told go get your own in the bar as we have to close. Massive let down to what had been a good visit.

This hotel is in good condition and great facilities for those with young families who like organised entertainment on site and buffet style food. Not for me I'm afraid but nice spacious room and relatively quiet on the outer edges of the complex. Very busy pool area.

Uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience

My experience at this hotel was terrible. The staff were extremely rude and unwelcoming and they didn't provide any of the services they mentioned. Even for simple items such as toothbrush or pillow I had to request them multiple times. The condition of the dining area was horrible, the dishes and cutleries they used were unclean and they were even lip marks on the glasses which was disgusting specially during these pandemic times basic hygienes are very important. I booked a room for 3 adults and in the room there were only 2 proper beds and one pop up bed and it was very uncomfortable staying in that room. Overall the experience was very terrible and I would not suggest staying at this hotel at all.

More staff needed at this hotel. Can take a very long time to get served at the bar and in the buffet restaurant. Plates not cleared from tables when you have finished. Lots of tiny cockroaches in the bar and entertainment area of an evening. I know there are cockroaches in the canary islands but there was an exceptional amount here but only in certain parts of the hotel. Positives....lovely food in the restaurants, nice drinks, lovely pool area. Rooms were nice, clean and modern with very comfy beds.

Muy bien restaurado, ya que posteriormente pertenecia a otra franquicia. Personal muy profesional. Extensa variedad en comidad y buenas actividades de familia. Punto a mejorar; - el estado del control de peste. En nuestro primer día hallamos muchas cucarachas en el area del Bar (la barra y en los sofás) y en el segundo día en el Spa (las duchas interiores). - Toldos para la zona del parking.

Diego older guy on the recepion very professional. Very nice and extremely polite cleaner. Food was amazing and with very good variety. We didny like mosquitoes and flies. We have never seen that many mosquitoes. Overall very good property

Me gustó la amplitud de la estancia y su situación en el resort. No nos gustó para nada la falta de limpieza, enchufes e interruptores sin limpiar, aire acondicionado sin mantener, sucio, tuve q limpiar yo mismo la capa de polvo de 2 mm q tenía el filtro. El primer dia nos encontramos una cucaracha enorme en el sofá donde dormia la niña, tuvimos q sacar el sofá afuera y en estas nos encontramos detrás de este una sombrilla de carrito de bebé...
