"Had a ground floor preferrred club pool view room with large balcony. Nice size room, large tv and good aircon. Mini bar restocked every day free of charge was a nice touch
Staff all very friendly, good variety of food at breakfast and dinner and entertainment decent.
5 minute walk to beach, restaurants and bars.
Dont think you could do much better for the money Had a great holiday

"We’ve just returned from a 7-night stay at Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa and it was an absolutely fantastic experience.
The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway. As a vegan couple, we were especially pleased to find dedicated vegan menu options, which made dining easy and enjoyable throughout our stay.
Puerto Calero, just nearby, is a lovely marina area with great scenery and a calm atmosphere — perfect for a stroll or a sunset drink.
We did have a small room service issue during our stay, but once we raised it, the team handled it promptly and professionally.
Being an adults-only resort makes it ideal for couples looking to unwind, and the nightly shows provide great entertainment without disrupting the tranquil atmosphere.
We would definitely recommend Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa for couples seeking relaxation, great service, and a memorable stay."

"This hotel is absolutely lovely. Amazing rooms, staff are super friendly. Everywhere is spotlessly clean.
The location is great and the promenade is the perfect place to take a stroll into the marina and beyond.

"My third time staying over due to the proximity to Playa Blanca and the family friendly nature of the THB Tropical especially for young children. Loads of pools and fun activities for the whole family.First visit was in 2018. However the rooms need refreshing. I appreciate that it’s an all year resort so doing up the rooms will be a nightmare financially. But my rooms looked, smelt and felt like a revamp was urgently needed. "

"Loved our stay, had a great week. Rooms cleaned daily bar one day, pools lovely, great location and friendly helpful staff.
Only things that could have been improved were the pillows weren’t good and bedding could have been changed more than once. With having toddlers there was a lot of sand in the beds by the end of the week. "
