"Friendly staff and clean & organized property. The only thing I have to say is no a/c is installed in the room. I could not sleep with a running fan only. The owner did explain it to me that this is very common in Da Lat since they have much cooler weather compared to other cities in Vietnam."

"All was actually okay except there is absolutely NO heat in the building. I have peripheral neuropathy in my legs. The cold set it off so it was unbearable. I almost checked out to find a hotel with heat. I did ask for extra blanket and they came across. I will never stay there again. "
