"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. I had two separate reservations due to a booking issue and requested to remain in the same room, but the front desk employee was unfriendly and unhelpful throughout my stay. On my departure day, I requested a late checkout through the app, but never received a response. At 11 a.m., the same employee came to my room and informed me that my request had been denied, even though the app still showed it as pending. I explained that I had not been notified and was willing to pay for extra time, but no effort was made to accommodate the situation or communicate more effectively. What upset me most was not the denial itself, but the lack of empathy, professionalism, and clear communication. I felt embarrassed and rushed out of the room while working, leaving me with a very negative impression of the hotel's customer service."

"Love this hotel! Rom is comfortable -spacious and cozy. Kitchen very clean, stocked with everything and more. Comfortable bed, beautiful property, nice breakfast. The young lady, Aidee, helping at the breakfast, is very friendly and doing such a wonderful job! We’ll definitely stay again when in Boca."

"Property was not well taken care of. Elevator closest to lobby was out of order. Containers for fire extinguishers were laying on the ground and no fire extinguishers were nearest to my room. Furnishings in room were dusty like they haven’t been dusted in a very long time. Shower was dangerous as there was no door on the shower and water was able to splash on the floor resulting in a possible slippery condition. Breakfast was subpar."

"Stayed on 1st floor close to pool access which was nice. Great pool, and hot tub, when the hot tub was clean. Had some issues the one day with stuff floating in it. The pool was clean, and water felt great. Only issues is the ice machine close to our room didn't work, had to go all the way to the 3rd floor to get ice. The other issue there was no complimentary breakfast. A tiny box of cereal for example was $4.00. No coffee available at any time of day, only in the morning. So we ended up going out every day for breakfast because prices there were too high. The room was good, great price for the room. Overall the room was clean, just the tv, and bed was awkward because the tv was off to the left side of the bed. Since you don't spend a lot of time in your room it doesn't matter much, but I just wanted to mention it for other guests."

"Sheets were dirty, Tub was dirty, there was a roach on the floor and wall. And of all things, a bee was able to fly around the room. I’m on the top floor as well. The AC was perfect but that seemed to be the only good part about the room. On top of this, there are no receptionist up front but only a virtual person in the front lobby. When there’s a lot of people trying to check in and the line starts to go out of the door, just for the person on the screen to be disrespectful and impatient with the customers, that makes people not even wanna stay there anymore. Only reason they got my money is because they were the cheapest by only a few bucks. I’d expect a little bit of effort at least. I’m not even sure if they had room service because no one came to the rooms."
