The property seems newly renovated. Everything was in good working order except the sink drain. It seems the sinks were not updated. Also there is a smell in some of the rooms perhaps also related to drain issues. What stood out at this property was the staff. From security to reception staff everyone was so welcoming so kind and so willing to assist. Just for this reason we would come back here

A decent stay with great staff, though the service didn’t feel quite as attentive as it did during our stays in Hanoi and Da Nang. Breakfast was wonderful.
The biggest issue was noise. The walls are paper thin, so we could hear people in the hallways and housekeeping staff using walkie-talkies. The windows also let in a lot of noise from nearby construction.
Our bathtub leaked onto the bathroom floor, and we needed extra towels to clean up the water. The shower curtain had yellowish mildew. The bathrooms would benefit from replacing the tubs with walk-in showers.
The pool area was pleasant overall, but the pool needs repainting. Walking to the bar also felt a little precarious because the path was covered with thin green mesh over tile.
Considering the price, I’d rate the stay 2.5 to 3 out of 5.
