"The hotel is nice and new. Close to a metro station. It has a weird smell that’s really not so pleasant. Breakfast has a lot of food but quality is just so so. Staff is not trained and were not really helpful when asked to suggest food foo spa’s nearby. Overall it’s just very average "

"We had an excellent experience at the Holiday Inn Express Hangzhou East Station by IHG. The location couldn’t be more convenient, it’s just a short walk from Hangzhou East Station, which made arriving, departing, and getting around the city incredibly easy. Despite being so close to a major transport hub, the hotel felt calm, safe, and well‑designed for travellers. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a wide variety of options each morning, from Chinese dishes to Western favourites, fresh fruit, pastries, and hot items. Everything was well‑stocked and tasted great, making it a perfect start to the day. Our room was spotless, modern, and surprisingly spacious. The layout was thoughtful, the bed was comfortable, and the overall cleanliness exceeded expectations. It felt like a true retreat after long days of exploring Hangzhou. Overall, this hotel delivers fantastic value, comfort, and convenience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hangzhou."

"The location is good but a bit walk to subway. They have a spacious room and clean. However the room a bit run down. The check in and check out went very smooth and they have drop off service to railway station! "
