"Here is the English translation optimized for a formal guest compliment or review:During my stay at the Sheraton Hotel, I had an incredibly comfortable experience.In particular, on the evening of my first day, May 15th, I was completely lost at the subway station. That was when I met a hotel concierge staff member who went above and beyond to help me out, which deeply moved me. Her name is Miss Perla Mai. Even though she was on her way home from work, she graciously escorted me all the way from the starting point to my destination. I was profoundly touched by her kindness. Because of her exceptional service, I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future and will highly recommend it to my family and friends."
