"Lovely two day stay at the Villa in Sanya, away from any crowds and a nice beachfront mostly to ourselves. Breakfast was quite good even if dinner on-site was more average, but quite close to downtown Sanya so plenty of local dining options within easy reach. Very pleasant little retreat!"

The crew were so accommodating, the place extremely clean and modern. It’s close to the beach but not too close making it so quiet. The ocean view from my room was spectacular and serene and most importantly the price is so reasonable. I’m so grateful that Ascott made such a great property in such a great location. "Generally the stay was good. All the staff in the hotel were very helpful. The lady who cleaned our room were especially very helpful and always having smile on her face. Downside was Room was pretty old .. and smell of sewage came out from the bathroom every night"

"Incredible hotel and staff. One of the nicest hotels I've had the pleasure of staying at. As always, there's a bit of a language barrier, but each member of their team tried their best, and was always quick to grab someone who spoke enough English to get by. Baris and Lawrence were very helpful throughout my stay. Service was on point from start to finish. I was here for about a week so I spent a lot of time comparing various hotels, and I'm really happy I ended up at Rosewood."
