We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Our room was spacious with a comfy king-size bed and a great selection of pillows. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. The location is perfect, near a large mall and many eateries. We’ll definitely be back! Perfect

Enjoyable stay

It was an enjoyable stay. Rooms are well maintained, service staffs are friendly and helpful. Nice bath shower. Bed is comfortable and I slept well for all 4 nights. Gym is well equipped. Mini walk in wardrobe is a good touch. Day and night curtains are electrically controlled, a very nice feature.

This hotel is amazing. The enviornment is great, the gym is extremely big for a hotel gym and the staffs were extremely accommedating. There is also a conference room on the 25th floor you can reserve. I would like to thank Audrey, Mandy, Eva, Jamie and Andy for their continuous assistance.

The hotel was right next to a food street and a shopping mall. Good for shopping and dining. Hotel room was very spacious, modern, comfortable and clean. All the hotel staff that I met were polite, helpful and pleasant. I would like to commend and praise Ms Pearl Cheng (程琳) for her excellent service. All my queries were answered and solved. Her suggestions of places to visit added more colours and meaning to our visit to Xiamen. All in all, we had a lovely stay at Xiamen Langham Place and would certainly recommend relatives and friends to book this hotel when they visit Xiamen.

The very definition of hospitality. On the first night we had dinner at the lounge, we asked if theres fried egg jokingly which the staff said no, but upon seeing how my mom couldnt eat anything (she doesnt eat pork and beef, so there wasnt much for her to take except for salad) the cute staff wearing glasses and fringe (i dont know her name) surprised us with fried eggs for mom, we were very happy. During check in i also had a pleasant chat with the staff. On the last day of stay, mandy and jamie from lounge were very nice and friendly too. We had pleasant chat and they surprised us again with flowers and traditional snacks specialty of xiamen for us to try home. The desserts from the lounge were delicious too. The room was great of course as expected from langham, but the staff made them better. Thank you.

A beautiful hotel with a great swimming pool

We had a very nice stay. The room was very comfortable and we slept well. Good bathroom amenities, shower, and bathtub. The shopping mall next door is very convenient for meals. We loved the pool, which was great for laps and not crowded during our stay. Throughout the hotel, staff was very friendly and made every effort to be helpful. When we ran into a few small problems, it was due to management. For example, there's no concierge to help with arranging local tours and no information available about sightseeing. There's no information about spa treatments unless you physically go to the spa and ask there. Maybe the hotel only recently opened? It seemed like a standard level of services expected from Langham were sometimes missing at this location. It's still a lovely, comfortable hotel and good value.

My stay at Langham Place was really memorable. I’ll start by saying the facilities and the room itself were incredibly clean and well maintained. I stayed in a room with two double beds, super comfortable with firm mattresses. I love the old-school feature of being able to close the curtains in the room with a button. I also love how big the bathroom was, with a massive shower and plenty of counter space. The cleaning staff even left new water bottles for us to drink everyday, which was super helpful for us not used to drinking water in China. Nevertheless, I did end up getting food poisoning. The reason my stay was memorable was because when I was sick and waylaid in bed, the staff proved to be extremely kind and generous. I don’t speak a lot of Mandarin, but they were patient with explaining things to me. They helped inform me of the closest pharmacy and when it would open so I could get medicine. I also stayed in my room so long that they postponed the cleaning service until 6 pm. They were thoughtful and called to ensure we would get the service still. The staff also helped us grab a taxi cab to get to a restaurant one night. Overall, I had a good experience with the hotel and really appreciated having a comfortable, roomy space to myself while I was sick. A big shout-out to the staff and everyone who helped me. It ensured that I got to enjoy most of my time in Xiamen.
