"Everything was Perfect. We had a wonderful time here. Everything was perfectly prepared, and the owner was very hospitable to our entire family. They provided a crib for the baby, a high chair, and even a bathtub. The rooftop spa was a great option. The private jacuzzi on the terrace was also great. We will definitely be back. "Thank you to Nathaly because she was a perfect host. She helped us with everything we nedded. The apartment was clean but the building seemed unfinished. But the worst is the area. "This is a fairly new hotel and everything in the room is top notch. The staff all seemed lovely, nothing was too much trouble. The only disappointment was the outdoor pool. On a windy day it's very choppy. In fact when I went to the rooftop pool no one else was there. I then went to the much smaller indoor pool. I wasn't able to have a swim as I have mobility issues and the pool was full of parents with toddlers. Perhaps the hotel should provide suitable times for adults alone and adults with children. I was really looking forward to a swim. I also think readers should know that the hotel is so close to the famous Church & Grotto. The only wish was that these hotels do not take away the character of villages."
