Hotel located within a small plaza with dining and laundering options. Parking was onsite and convenient. Short walk to centro. Being The “coffee capital” of Mexico the hotel is surrounded by excellent coffee shops.

Me atendieron muy bien en el lobby. Fui un par de horas antes del check-in y me permitieron dejar el coche desde antes y como la habitación estaba disponible me la entregaron antes de tiempo.
El desayuno incluido muy rico y llenador.
El lugar estaba muy limpio y bien ubicado. La habitación amplia y el baño también.

Las instalaciones de primera, el personal sumamente atento, el desayuno incluído es una maravilla, la ubicación es conveniente para visitar el centro y sus alrededores. Definitivamente una grata experiencia.

El hotel es cómodo, limpio y su personal muy amable.
La comida es deliciosa.
Lo malo es el Internet, es malísimo, se desconecta, no hay señal casi nunca. Deberían invertir un poco en otro tipo de módems o no sé qué, pero deben mejorarlo.
Salía muy poca agua de la regadera y no ponen suficientes pañuelos desechables ni toallas para el cabello.
Pero en general es muy buen hotel y volvería a hospedarme. Pero sí deben mejorar su internet.
