"I've rarely bothered to leave reviews of hotels, but my experience here left me quite furious. I stayed in the hotel in October, so not so hot outside. However it was VERY hot in my room, at one point it was 27c. Clearly the Air Con wasn't functioning so I asked reception. They sent a technician who proceeded to LIE about the situation saying it would take time to cool down. Eventually they admitted that they had turned off the Air Con for the whole hotel to save money and gave me a cooling...
