"When checking in around 8pm, most of the public areas inside the hotel have no or minimum lighting and air conditioning. Probably for saving power because very few people were seen. Room conditions were definitely not up to expectations. Not well maintained. Not what you would expect from a Novotel hotel"

"Honestly I was expecting a little more for the price. + Great location (near the beach, but if you want some shops/restaurants they're quite far away) - Very hard mattresses - No in-room fridge - Small TV - Gave two towels for three people - Flaky reception package retrieval (have to go fetch some at the small shop near the entrance)"
