two issues : unique in China 1. the check-in counter does not have enough small changes, 2. hotel staff have a hard time to call me a taxi. it seems that everything is done through cell phone, but as a foreign tourist I don't have access to local cellphone services. 武漢国際空港と漢口駅それぞれへのアクセス良好です。ホテルの対応もしっかりして快適に過ごせました。建物と設備自体は多少古めですが、しっかりと管理されており問題ありません。

Conveniently located in a central area of Hankou (Xianggang Road), this is a nicely designed hotel, but it's seen better days. Don't get me wrong, it's still a good place to stay, but some work has to be done on cleanliness and style. I wouldn't say it lives up to the Shangri-La name.

酒店虽然有些年头了，但保养得还好，服务人员热情有礼，入住退房也很快捷。但入住期间发现了一件很令人恶心的事：我和家人预定是双床，双床之间间距不大约30cm，为睡觉舒服一点，我将2张床稍稍移动并在一起，一移开床，赫然发现一个避孕套在床角底下。太恶心了！

本当に5スターホテル？

昔は5スターホテルだったのだろうけれど、今はその風格が感じられない。 現在、新館工事中のせいもあると思うが、友達の車が来ても、駐車することもままならない。 一番、気になったのは、シャワー室の清掃レベルの低さ。 シャンプーなどが置いてある二段になった小さい三角コーナーの汚さ。 汚れが黒いぬめりとなっていて、とても気持ち悪かった。 それとスタッフに、英語のわかる者が少なく、これでも5スターホテルと言えるのか？

The hotel is not close to city centre but close to metro station. I can still get to those city attractions easily. The hotel staff I helpful and nice. The buffet and the food of the Chinese restaurant are good.
