"Generally I stay here once per year. Overall I love the location and that’s the main reason I come back… very walkable to Nanjing Rd - Suzhou river - people square station. Nice rooms - cooking appliances. Only issue I had on this particular trip was the wifi… never seemed to work that well as it had previously.. it’s one network across the hotel rather than individually for rooms."

"I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you could need. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a self-service laundry room on the first floor and of course reliable Wi-Fi. The front desk staff were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly friendly, spoke English, and were always happy to help with anything I needed. Their outstanding service made my stay even more enjoyable. I also noticed that they have a delivery robot that can bring food right to your room. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to stay here again."

"Lovely beautiful hotel, if not ever so slightly dated in its decor, however it’s beautifully maintained. My room was exceptionally comfortable and the location fantastic. The staff were not overly welcoming and I also had to provide a deposit at check-in despite having paid for my room already. This practice seems a bit outdated and is very none customer friendly. You demand an immediate deposit but then won’t/can’t refund people’s money back immediately… I didn’t like this at all and three days later still haven’t got MY money back. Breakfast catered for a wide range of tastes, continental, cooked eggs and local cuisines which was lovely. A nice place to stay, staff aside."
