Very close and easy to access bus and train station, close to malls, convenient stores and many restaurants. The apartment we had was a 2 bedroom with a very poor couch that was considered a sofa bed but terribly uncomfortable. Very limited utensils in kitchen if you wanted to cook , no baking sheet or anything that was oven safe for cooking. Bathroom shower was not draining and the maintenance man came and looked but told us he was out of draino . We also had a problem with what seemed to be like fruit flies and again they sent a maintenance man he came looked and walked out very poor communication at this place but we spoke English and they we doing there best at times communicating through an app to speak and understand. It can get loud if other people at the property don’t respect the quiet times as it seems to be a very busy place . All in all the location is great but it does need a lot of attention and a good cleaning. The cleaning girls around the property need to dress a lot more respectful as they look very unprofessional and not like cleaning ladies if you come to work dressed with your belly and bum showing I’m not sure what to say about this. They are not friendly and walk the halls like they hate their jobs . There is underground parking but you must pay for it . All in all it’s in a great location but apartment #52 needs some attention we were there 2 weeks .

It was really warm and no way to lower the heat, we had to open the window in the middle of the night to be able to sleep. There were no handtowels, we had to use the bathtowels. Also no closet or wardrobe for your things so we had to use a ironingboard to lay our clothes on.. really odd. There were only 1 bowl and 2 of all other things in the kitchen so there wasnt enough to cook dinner or eat breakfast. Don't know why they have a dishwasher when there is only like 10 things in the kitchen. The TVs antenna was broken so almost impossible to watch TV. We called reception that said they would call an repairman, but he never came.. Nice bed and clean but a lot of things that were not so good.

Large apartment, very good location and a great price. The apartment has everything you need. There was even a bath in the bathroom, which unfortunately I didn’t get to use! There’s an outside space (balcony) and the kitchen has everything you need. It was lovely and warm and I can’t fault it. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

Convenient Location but Disappointing Comfort

The location was definitely a plus — close to the train station and within walking distance of the Old Town. We appreciated that they allowed us to leave our luggage when we arrived early. However, the check-in staff were unfriendly, which left a negative first impression. The apartment was advertised as having a kitchen, but it was poorly equipped — no pan, no spatula, and generally lacking basic essentials. The bed was quite uncomfortable, and the table and chairs were wobbly, making it hard to relax. Overall, while the location was great, the comfort and service left a lot to be desired.

we used it for two separate nights stay, the 106 bus stop to and from airport is approx 200 meters, train station is less 5 min walk, and if you go through train station bus station is less then 10 min away. neat apartment.

Everything you need for a basic stay.

Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for 3 people staying in one apartment. A double bed and sofa bed. Needed to be better communication to open the front door accessed with a code. The code given to us didn't work, however we still were able to call 24 hour number at 1am to get a new code. Overall good stay with the essentials you need.

If you’re English, the nighttime receptionist didn’t actually speak to us at all before giving us the keys so there’s a huge language barrier. The room itself was basic but nice - no complaints. However I’m guessing the apartments are attached to a student accommodation block because no exaggeration…it was night club level loud until 5am every night. It was the loudest place I’ve ever stayed with constant shouting and music. I heard several others complaining telling people to be quiet and staff don’t care. I basically had maximum 2-3 hours sleep a night and was exhausted. Let’s down nice apartments

Parking was advertised as included, however there was a parking fee of $40 pln. There was no fee mentioned for parking. The TV didn’t work. After trying to charge phone noticed that none of the outlets worked in the living room area. The front door was scratched. The fridge door was scratched cauced by the kitchen door handle. The base boards by the front door are coming off.
