"The breakfast was not hot or in the breakfast room. It was cold muffins no coffee and oranges. Very disappointed as pictures were eggs, sausage, bacon, juice etc.. hotel also charge me for the full hotel fee even though it was prepaid. Causing an interrupted trip to resolve the billing. Expected better. Hotel clean, bed comfy, air quality in room exceptional and great water pressure."

There was no housekeeping while we were there for 3 nights either so we had to ask for dirty towels to be removed and garbage removed. I felt it had gone down in quality since our past previous stays there."
