"My room wasn’t cleaned well. It was black long hair on pillows & in tub. Carpet was filthy. It was a half eaten roll underneath chair in room. Pulled up front to unload husband in wheelchair & luggage & this man rudely told me I had 1 hour to move or I would be towed, He didn’t identify himself. Asked who he was & he said the General Manager. Couldn’t tell by way he looked. Dirty wrinkled clothes, no name tag. Not friendly at all. Best Western never again."

"Stay at this hotel alot. Usually the beds are very comfortable. This room's bed was hard. Also, we could hear the neighbors next door and above. "

"No budget breakfast, if you're on a budget. There were plenty of off premises eateries around."

"I did not have breakfast at the hotel. I'm not sure about the cleanliness of the beds. I now, have several large red spots on my legs, as if I were bitten by bugs at night. I do have pictures of the many large red spots. "

"Super clean, nice hotel. Very nice staff. The hot tub and pool are real nice. Comfortable bed. Hotel is close to many shops, restaurants, etc. I would most definitely return if I need to stay in the area again."
