"Very tiny bathroom, but not a deal breaker. I have been in other Baymont hotels and the breakfast was much better, other than these two minor issues I enjoyed my stay."

"You might want to bring extra hand towels as the locals enjoy partaking in your personals. Also watch where you step ,there are obstacles everywhere."

"Great views of Muskegon lake. Our room was unique. Had a double bed right as you walk in the door. Then a bathroom that divided the room, with a king bed by the sliding patio doors. Lots of room and 2 dressers and tvs. Only thing I didn’t like, no chair or table. Other smaller rooms had table and chairs. Overall it is an awesome hotel and was very pleased with the experience."

"This was my second stay. This was the worst of the two experiences. Second time here where there were zero eggs at breakfast again. Carpeting/floors in the room were sticky and damp. Phone was broken so had to call from my cell phone after my battery died so I allegedly missed the 9am cutoff to ask for a later checkout. I was told that housekeeping, "had to get in there right away". Maybe because there was used soap and hair in the shower right when we arrived ( I have pics) so we didn't bother using the shower. I used points/dollars towards this stay and felt that it was wasted on an overall disappointing experience. This will be the last time this establishment gets my money. I would rate this zero stars or below if I could."
