My disappointment is the fact that meetings I had scheduled got cancelled and I was not able to get a refund due to the fact of issues happening beyond my control. A 24-hour advance notice of cancellation, I didn't even have a reservation prior to the scheduled 3/6/26 stay. Your policy only favors Hotel.com not the customer. Extremely disappointing that I paid and never stepped foot in the hotel. I will never use Hotel.com for booking a reservation ever. In the future I will go directly to the hotel. Needless to say, any reviews or social media that I chose will be a very negative review about Hotel.com. I can't believe you're company policy is boarding despicable."

"Don’t set a reservation here if you live within 30miles of the business. I made a reservation through Expedia with a confirmation and they still turned me away but charged my credit card. I didn’t cancel they refused to give me a room!! "

"Pool was clean. The guy at the counter was unfriendly and seemed as if he didn’t want to be bothered There was no coffee made at 9 am. He made the coffee and then he dumped it by 11 am He belongs in the back, not the face of the hotel. Not accommodating at all"

"Breakfast was fine, nothing hot. Room nice but bathroom has no fan. Plus tub is from 1980: it drips all the time and should just be gutted for new shower stall. Tough for older people to get out from having shower in the dust collector sauna tub. We could hear the guy next door snoring and his tv during the night."
