"Served a purpose, the internet was virtually non-existent which caused a problem for me as I was working away. If staying over in colder months the central heating is poor as the owner only has it coming on twice a day. The hot water takes a long time to reach the taps and when arrives is not overly hot. The cottage looks tired in places in places and in of remedial work. On the plus side, car parking is excellent and location is good."

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL The photos and descriptions are not accurate- the property is rundown, damp, is not secure and judging by the locked fire doors is operating illegally. You are required to leave the hotel by 9am or face a fine of £10 The reception area is full of junk, the front door is kept locked and is accessed by ringing a mobile number or waiting for a shabbily dressed man to arrive. There are only a small number of rooms actually used - one of the rooms offered to us did not...
