"I was met by the doggy patrol who shepherded me to reception.
The host, Bob was genial and helpful with itinerary planning.
A very comfortable room and expect the pet donkey and pony to act as morning alarm.
I hope i will pass through and stay again"

"We had booked this property as a stayover for my mum who was needing to be at the hospital nearby early the next morning. The day of booking the property the owner called after 9pm to enquire where the payment was to which we explained it was purchased on hotels.com AND that the trip was for my SICK mother. "The manager was very nice, apart from that I wouldn't stay here again for the following:
1. We booked a "mountain view" family suite as advertised on Expedia, but the room had no mountain view and was not a family suite. I.e. false advertising.
2. We wanted to swim but the pool loungers were so dirty it put us off. Generally, the place is neglected and run down, not well maintained. It is certainly not 4 star (more false advertising.
3. The aircon in our room hardly worked and we felt...

"No provision made with water supply when power went out due to loadshedding. You could not use the bathroom at all. NO extra drinking water in the room. Breakfast at restaurant was also not great. Sorry, not a good overall experience at all. It is situated in a beautiful area. "
