Run down. It was probably once a nice place, it’s dirty the carpets were worn out. The room we had, had no hot water. It wasn’t pleasant at all, so we ended up staying at a local friends house instead!

Lovely view of the lake from our room. Room was spacious. Cleaning lacked attention to detail - there was dust on the shelves by the kettle. The shower gel had been watered down. The Coach House and The Stable
The road outside is a little noisy but the bed is incredibly comfortable. Kitchen facilities are excellent and room has WiFi and Sky TV (although the TV can't be easily seen from the bed). Shower was good - certainly hot enough, and toiletries provided were a nice touch.
