"We thought we had booked the room for the night of our arrival but found out we were off by a day. Called the check in number and was helped by a very understanding person who made it possible to stay that night. After a long day of traveling this was a wonderful outcome. Room was clean and plenty of towels to go around."

"I sent an email regrading the slow drain in the bath tub but never got a response. "

"We had to switch hotels at last minute and booked our room here the same day we needed it. We booked a King suite with a sofa bed but upon checking in we were informed that they did have any rooms like that left. So they comped us an extra room. It was not an ideal situation, but we made it work. Staff was friendly and apologetic about the situation. Hotel and room was clean and modern and in an area convienent to the baseball fields that we needed to get to."
