"Lovely property within walking distance to the beach.
Room was very clean, easy parking on property, roof top restaurant was very pretty, offering a nice menu. We booked, as recommended. Definitely recommend. "
"Spacious clean homely studio with easy onsite parking, lovely comfy bed, decent shower and towels with a microwave and fridge. Ticked all our boxes, coffee machine, milk and capsules, chrome cast TV without signing in, nice patio area and pool. Enjoyed our short stay at Seascape Mollymook.

"Parking was fine.
Room clean however overpowering smell of air fresher which set off allergies.
The bed, small and very uncomfortable. Outside table needs replacing.
Traffic noise awful - door of number has a gap around it so light comes in and also noise.
The balcony door and window need to be double glazed to keep out noise.
We were led to believe through the booking system that there was a on sight laundry but in enquiry were told there wasn’t.

"To be honest, If the rates were $400-500 a night it would be a 9 - but at $700 per night I can only rate it a 7. Most areas of the hotel looked tired and needed a new coat of paint or varnish. The room we had was clean and tidy, but lacklustre and needed new carpet and a freshen of the balcony. There were spiderwebs on the balcony and walkways, a couple of cockroaches in our room, the blanket on the bed was old and fraying, the spa in our room was not cleaned each day, and the seafood we had at the restaurant was overcooked. Everything, including staff, was pleasant, but nothing was outstanding - overall a pretty average stay."
"The facilities are alright. But big room to improve on the management. First of all, our kid was so excited about the Easter egg hunt but the eggs were taken by older children before the hunt. In a previous ingenia there was an Easter bunny who hid the eggs when the hunt was about to begin. Much better planning.
Also, the tennis court didn't require booking. That means some family could hang around and muck around for the whole day. It will definitely cause conflict or argument if you walk up and ask them to hurry up. In short, 4-start facility, 1-2 star management."
"We had a wonderful stay at Sinclairs Country Retreat. The private rooms are very comfortable, and we were lucky to have a lovely terrace overlooking the garden, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
The owners were kind and friendly. Breakfast was very good overall; in my opinion, it could be improved with a bit more fresh fruit and some savory options (such as eggs and ham).
Overall, the price-quality ratio is excellent, and we would definitely recommend staying here."
