"Quality of amenities, service and location are great"

"Hotel had many issues BUT rates 5 despite the issues. The issues I experienced relate to understaffing. 90 mins to have toilet paper delivered to my room, even after going down to get it on purpose. Housekeeping reluctant / unable to provide turndown service. Etc. An unexpected benefit was the Porsche service to anywhere within a 3 mile radius. Unfortunately, on a Saturday night, there weren’t enough employees to provide that perk. Nonetheless I really enjoyed my stay and my room there perk "

"Yes it was very clean However tv went out during my stay And the coffee pot does not have a receptacle near it, I had to connect in the bathroom, but it’s good. I enjoy the stay every time, breakfasts are CERY GOOD. "

"Literally everything about this place. There's 3 bars, two restaurants, a Starbucks. The service was sublime from the valet to the housekeeping, to the serving staff in the restaurants. Top notch."
