"Ever since the first time we stayed here at the time of touring the Chico campus, we've been very happy with this hotel. We love the unique wallpaper showing the beautiful Chico campus building. The room is always perfectly clean with absolutely no unpleasant odor like bleach some hotels use. The breakfast room is super clean as well with all the basics we need to start our day. This is definitely our go-to hotel in the area! P.S. The staff was kind enough to open the breakfast 5 minutes early as I was rushing out today! "

"Nice room. The front desk guy was a little slow with the breakfast. Should not let coffee run out. And make guest wait 10 min+. Otherwise visit was great. "

"The room was spotless, & the front desk girl WAS SOO NICE. I was a trailer in my pickup which is very scary for me and she came out and showed me exactly where to park. Then she helped me carry my bags into my room which was right across from where I parked. She was so unbelievably nice. I had a ground floor room and a king size bed and the room was just beautiful and looked so inviting. And because of hotels.com and the little credit that I had with you guys I got the room for almost $40 less than I would have gotten if I would have just walked in."
