"The house itself is fine. Clean and good parking.
The toilet paper fixture was broken, the soap in the bathroom is cheap.
They charge $200 (insane) deposit of which they decided to take $22 because i slightly stained their crappy white towels with a smudge of makeup. They claimed that they couldnt be cleaned so they deducted that from my deposit.
So, be careful staining their towels "

"Location was close to downtown and met our needs. The house was clean and in good shape. Although, I think there were a few fire detectors missing. The dock was there and the detector was not. We didn't get to use the parking spot promised in the back due to concrete repair going on. But there was ample street parking. The fridge did not work when we arrived and the owner sent maintenance the next day to fix it. All in all, we had a great time."

"Parking was very close and easy. Walking distance to restaurants and Riverwalk. But in a quieter area. Great price. Comfort and all the amenities you need. "

"First room was wrecked upon check-in, second room on the ground level facing the parking lot had no functioning locks on the door. From not feeling safe, I left. Do not recommend."

"Some of the hotel rooms had padlocks and there was a cop investigating a crime on the property. This place should not even be on the list, Expedia do better."

"We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious, the breakfast and happy hour was awesome. The staff were all so nice. The bussers at the breakfast and dinner were extremely friendly and gave us some great giggles. "
