"I have been taken by Expedia I cannot believe that they have done what they have done I have asked many times for someone to call me with Expedia and nothing has been done they have taken 454 of my hard earned money and they have kept it I did not stay one night at this motel I don't have any type of information and therefore it won't prompt me to speak to a customer service person an actual person I'm dealing with this AI idiotic stuff which is absolutely ridiculous I'm requesting once again for a phone call 502-821-3686 my name is Mark Mattingly I'm very concerned with the way I was treated I'm a disabled veteran I was treated at this Best Western certainly with some civil rights issues that could be addressed also I want a full refund please be advised someone needs to contact me ASAP this has been going on for a month you have my money you were supposed to render a service to me you did not render any service to me and you owe me a refund thank you I'm looking forward to someone from Expedia getting in touch with me ASAP my next step will have to go legal because no one is listening"

"The cleanliness of the hotel was appalling. There’s an overwhelming smell that greets you as soon as you enter the building that sets the standard for the cleanliness of the rest of the stay that is to come:The linens from the towels to the sheets had stains throughout. Paint chipping off the wall in the bathroom and what I could only imagine was grease stains from previous guest on the barely filled toiletries in the shower. Thankfully the smell of the lobby only lingers into the hallways, from what I witnessed was caused by cussing staff dragging leaking garbage.The convenience of side entrances are not secured by any means. We travel with safety in mind and I did not even feel safe going out to my car unless I had my firearm on my person at all times. I’ve stayed at quality hotels in the past and this is by far the worst location I’ve ever been at, I would expect this from the super 8 next doors! We had to travel into a town for a funeral and thought this would be our best option. Despite our circumstances of funeral arrangements and choosing to leave early the hotel management would not extend us a refund! Buyers beware, if you attempt to checkout early at all you will still be charged for your entire trip! "

"Pool still under maintenance. Ants coming out of shower drain. Cleaning rooms: vacuuming rooms at 1:30 am. Fan on AC/Heater very loud. If we could have had the fan on we might not have heard the vacuuming going on. Breakfast: really good😊biscuits were soft and yummy. Gravy was great. Everything was warm that needed to be. If not hot enough there is a microwave available. Waffles and all the other normal breakfast items you would find at a hotel breakfast. Evening and night crew were great! The morning were nice but seemed extremely busy. Almost too busy. Would have been nice to have an extra hand. What I did fine nice is that none of the employees were ever short or rude with anyone. Not another employee or customer. "
