"Very poor customer service by the check-in staff person. I was moved twice for a total of three rooms. In the first two, the phone and TV didn't work. No apologies for the inconvenience from the desk clerk, who let me know how hard he was working. And no assistance with moving from one room to another. As I was leaving the next day, I happened to encounter the manager, who apologized to me and stated that what happened to me should never have happened. This hotel does not deserve the rating it is given on Hotels.com. I do not recommend it."

"I’ve stayed here many times. What I really like about the place is the staff working during breakfast. She’s nice and always cleaning up and making sure everything is good. I was a little disappointed with the girl in the front desk during check in. She looked liked she didn’t enjoy or wanted to be there. No smile, no greet and I didn’t feel welcome at all. Regardless, this is a place I would recommend and would stay again. Especially for the price."
