Hotels near Wooded Trail

"You have been warned! I booked my room through Hotels.com. I show up and they want to charge me a $6 fee for booking through a 3rd party website. The manager says it is on the website. I ask him to show me where on the website. He looks for 15 minutes and can’t find it. I ask them to waive it because it was not disclosed and he can’t even find it. He refused. After 15 minutes of clicking back and forth to the same website he calls his manager for assistance. Just BAD business. Argue this every time. It is a scam."

"The breakfast was really good. I was nervous because we came down at the tail end of breakfast, but everything was clean, hot, and tasty. Bed was very comfy. Bathroom was clearn and water was hot and good stream. Great bang for the value. "

"Parking was crowded. We were welcomed into the lobby by a huge group of drunkards with liquor out on the tables, and we were half greeted by the hotel desk staff."

"When I checkef in I was told they overbooked double beds and if i wouldn't mind getting a single bed with a couch bed. When I opened the couch bed, it was dirty and so was the mattress. After I called and complained, I was given a room with a double bed. "

"Room was dusty, shower has dirt in the bottom of the bath tub, water in shower did not work. The faucet in the shower was NOT connected to the wall. Complete not able to shower at all! Rooms have very thin walls loud at all hours of the night. Everywhere smells like smoke. Pictures on websites are a complete false representation. "

"Room was clean and nice. The lock on the door was not fully secured to door. Informed staff but no one around to fix it. Offered to move rooms but we chose to stay. My main concern was when I went down the stairs, the fire doors did not latch and were partially open. Upon further investigation I found that there was a mechanism on the fire door that enabled and disabled the latch based on turning a knob on the door. Once the knob was turned the doors then latched as expected. I did inform the staff of this and they did take initiative to look into it. My guess is that this knob would be against fire code since just anyone can turn it. "

"I stay here whenever I can. The staff is always kind and quick with the check in and out. But above all, they allow my dogs and I’m so grateful for that!"
