"Good location, super gym and the room was very clean. However the staff are unhelpful and rude, and the concept is not well thought through. You have a piece of paper as your room key card and a separate QR code for the lift. The plug socket in the bathroom didn’t work, there are no plug sockets near the kitchen which means boiling the kettle in the hall, no cutlery or kitchen items provided despite there being a kitchen and no bin. It is fine for a few days but not a holiday hotel"

"Great location, 15 minute walk from seomyeon station which is on both green and orange subway line. Hotel was clean, fancy for a 3 stars, had some English speaking staff who which was very helpful. Netflix and big tv was also a bonus "
