"We had a wonderful overnight stay couldnt fault anything. "

"We were disappointed by aspects of our recent 3-night stay, particularly given the hotel’s 5-star luxury standard. On two days, our room was not tidied or cleaned unless we specifically contacted reception, despite having the sign on the door requesting servicing from 9am. We also noticed dust on the bathroom walls. When we followed up about cleaning at 2pm, we were told rooms are prioritised based on check-outs, which was frustrating given our room had been available for servicing all day. That said, the bed was comfortable and the location was very central. "

"Aside from the need to pay for parking, this was an excellent place to stay. Close to good restaurants. Close to supermarkets (that close too early!). Close to the city. Very clean and comfortable."

"Comfortable and very quiet room. Desk area to work at, lots of charging ports. A dark room when you closed the blinds. Always a great stay."
