"This is our second visit to the hotel. Staff are friendly. Checking & check out very easy. Room is clean & microwave is an added benefit for short stays. Parking is available but can get full if you arrive late. I"

"The air was effective. The room very clean and well serviced. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Chloe in particular was wonderful. Extremely efficient and considerate. She arranged a taxi for us and checked on us while waiting offering an umbrella if required. A valuable and pleasant young lady. The stay was comfortable, all needs met. Parking space could have been allocated to ensure space. Well done Harp"

"The 2 bedroom we had for the night was comfortable and well maintained. Although we could see marks and scratches on the furniture, the unit was clean and the carpet seemed new. Best of all, it is a pet friendly hotel which is rare in Australia, sadly. Our baby Shiba loved her stay. Thank you for being so accommodating to families with pets. We will be back. "
