The room was spotless, amenities were good quality, and everything felt well maintained. Breakfast was enjoyable with good food and, most importantly, great coffee. Helpful friendly staff Rooms are up about 25 stairs Our room was quiet, we stayed Wednesday and Thursday nights, but there were a bowl of earplugs at the top of the stairs which may suggest other nights may be noisy. Centre of town. Free parking tucked in the back of venue. "
