"It was good. I will say that if not super careful in the doorless shower, water goes everywhere into the room. We narrowly avoided disaster! The blockout shades are perfect. We honestly didn't spend much time in the hotel itself. We left for Italy early the next day. "

"We had a really positive stay here! The staff provided exceptional customer service so friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean and simple, with two fans provided, though it still got a bit warm at night. The TV wasn’t working, but we didn’t end up needing it. Breakfast was enjoyable and so tasty with lot of options available, and the location and steps to old town and the famous bridge it was just excellent with shops, train station and attractions nearby. Overall, an amazing hotel for the price and location definitely recommend for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay! You get a lot more than what you would expect! "

"Was incredibly easy to access from the train station. The area around the hotel was full of shops and sights that were easily walkable. The hotel is attached to a McDonald’s and Star bucks that were convenient for late night/ early morning snacks. There was also a nightclub at the top of the hotel if you’re into that type of thing, but it did not bother me sound wise even though I was the floor below."

"A woman staff in reception is unwelcome. I don't feel I was treated well and she was rude. However, a staff called Alex is friendly and willing to help every customer. He saved the hotel."
