"Elevator was broken for all time in stay ONLY one was working with FULL 6 floor hotel loaded No stay in next time!"

"There was no pool..place was going under renovation.came back around 11pm, had to tell staff to lock side door to tmeporary room..very little security. Also, gave up the room I booked and tooker a lesser room. Put me in 2 doubles, instead of 2 queen. I complained, then they put me back in 2 queens!"
