"A beautiful hotel to stay in located in the heart of West Hartford. The helpful staff and easy valet parking make any visit even more enjoyable. The breakfast is always delicious and we look forward to that part of our trip! The rooms are clean, tidy and very comfortable. The well appointed gym is a nice plus. "Proximity to People’s Bank Arena and the Yard Goats Stadium couldn’t be better. We saw a baseball and hockey game on the same weekend. The kids had a blast. The rooms were clean and parking was easy. Staff were lovely."

"Room was cleaned and sent free. Area was quiet for a good night rest and parking was easy. As for the coffee services offered, there was no coffee stands or a kettle in my room. No lotion or facial soap. Just shower jel and shampoo. If you are willing to bring things the hotel doesn't offer, then i would recommend this place. "
