"The reception staff was wonderful for both check-in and check-out. l've stayed at The Thistle often over the years, and two years ago was the only time l was not well-treated. so last year l stayed at The Leonardo. l've been back at The Thistle twice this year, and am glad l decided to do so because l was treated well, once again. Hoping this bodes well for continued future stays because l really like your hotel."

"The Atrium Heathrow is a tube stop and cross street away from the airport. As we walked over from the tube, many low-flying jets were passing over and the sound was deafening. Unbelievably, you cannot hear this sound in the room. At all. It is very quiet. The room was small, beds small, but very clean. It's basic but suited our needs well. The staff is eager to assist. We dined in the restaurant one night, and the food was good. The only place around within walking distance is The Green Man, an ancient pub with food and a beer garden. It's reasonably priced and the food was fine. They have a friendly cat too!"
