"Senoma Hotel was the tranquil stay we were hoping for! A perfect view of the sand dunes from a resort-like vibe of a stay; beautiful pool, tiki-like swim-up bar, very cool bar & restaurant, pristine rooms with brand new amenities, and overall lovely atmosphere. We had a few drinks and appetizers from their restaurant by the pool which were delicious and served with class. "Matryoahka was a convenient and easy place to stay in Ica. The rooms were a decent size, and the bathrooms were new and clean. The staff were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in early after arriving on an overnight bus.
It's not super close to the centre, but it is on the way to Huacachina, so for us that was more of a benefit."

"Huacachina is an amazing place. Mostly hostels but the DM Mossone looked to be a higher quality. Easy check in and beautiful gardens in the central courtyard. Our room was a really good size with a huge comfortable bed. The resort is lively and we could hear a lot of partying from adjacent hostels. Despite this had a good night sleep and the breakfast started at 06.00 so we were able to eat before our pick ip to Nazca at 06.45. The breakfast was buffet but had a good selection of fruit, cereals breads and scrambled eggs. We did have a quick swim in the pool which was a good size and lovely and quiet."
