I was there just for one night. It‘s a nice but old fashioned hotel. The rooms were clean, but in a stormy night it wasn’t quite easy to sleep as the room was noisy, probably due to the building itself. Calling prior to the trip the reception to evaluate where I could park, they were quite difficult to understand (no native German). Even a written request wasn’t answered. I only had luck to find a public parking place right in front of the hotel, within the free parking times.

Svært at finde hvor man skal checke ind da det er et andet sted og tidspunktet er meget begrænset. De kan kun tale tysk så svært at kommunikere. Fik ingen WiFi kode med så mange gange frem og tilbage. Puderne var det værste jeg har oplevet. Inget køleskabet på værelset. Men udover dette så super beliggenhed i byen

Kleines Hotel, direkt am Markt der Stadt gelegen.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal beim Check-In. Das Zimmer war eher klein. Leider muss man nach dem WLAN-Zugang extra fragen; der Zugangs stellte sich dann als langsam und wenig stabil heraus. Das Zimmer war eher altmodisch eingerichtet (relativ Röhrenfernseher mit eher schlechtem Bild, auch wenn man nicht zum Fernsehen nach Wismar kommt). - Frühstücksbuffet war ok, warme Speisen, z.B. gebratenen Schinken, Rührei o.Ä. war nicht vorhanden, aber alle Angebote wurden laufend aufgefüllt bis zum Ende der Frühstückszeit. Auch hier: freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Sehr einfach ausgestattet dafür super Frühstück

Die besten Dinge am Reuterhaus sind das Frühstück und die Lage! Miten in Wismar gelegen, kann man von hier aus super die Stadt erkunden und hat direkt vor der Tür mehrere Restaurants zur Auswahl. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist leider sehr einfach gehalten. In dem sogenannten "Superior-Zimmer" gibt es keine Badewanne und als TV einen 15 Zoll Röhrenfernseher... superieur? Für den recht hohen Preis ungewöhnlich mager ausgestattet!

Hotel mit schöner Aussicht

Die Fassade des Hotels ist beeindruckend. Der Empfang erfolgte zügig und herzlich. Das Zimmer war etwas klein, sodass wir uns beide an den Bettecken gestoßen haben. Der Röhrenfernseher mit einer schlechten Bildqualität sollte bald der Vergangenheit angehören. Vom Zimmer aus, hatte man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf den Markt. Das Parken direkt am Markt war sehr kostspielig. Das Frühstück war perfekt, die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Zentral gelegen

Bei unserer Anreise wurden wir mit einem nicht wirklich freundlichem "Und Sie sind ?!" begrüßt. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und praktisch eingerichtet, das Bett etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war in Ordnung, allerdings hätte das Bad eindeutig sauberer sein können ! Neben dem WC befanden sich 2 kleine braune Flecken an der Wand, die Badtür war recht schmutzig ( schien, als wäre dort evtl. Parfüm beim Einsprühen voriger Gäste gelandet) und an mehreren Stellen fanden wir dicke Staubschichten. Zudem hat die Dusche ( vor allem die Duschtür) mal wieder eine Generalentkalkung nötig. Das Frühstück war für den Preis in Ordnung, wobei man in Wismar für das gleiche Geld ausgiebiger frühstücken kann und wir nach vorherigen Bewertungen mehr erwartet hatten. Die Servicedame beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend :-)

Hotellet ligger centralt i Wismar lige ud til markedspladsen, den skønne gågade ligger lige om hjørnet og byens flotte kirker og den gamle havn ligger i en kort gå-afstand. Personalets service er i top og vi følte os meget velkommen på hotellet.

Hotel mit historischem Charme direkt am Marktplatz

Das Hotel Reuterhaus ist in vollem Umfang empfehlenswert. Es liegt direkt am pittoresken Marktplatz von Wismar, so dass man zu Fuß alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen kann. Das Haus hat historischen Charme und nettes Personal. Auch das Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Zeit in Wismar!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem sehr netten kleinen Hotel direkt am Marktplatz mitten im Herzen von Wismar. Man konnte die Stadt von da aus wunderbar erkunden. Parklplätze gibt es zwar keine direkt am Hotel, aber einen großen Parklplatz in fünf Minuten Laufentfernung. Der Marktplatz hat Kopfsteinpflaster, was Fahrzeuge sehr laut macht, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und engagiert. Wir können also dieses nette Hotel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen

Freundliche, aber nicht perfekt

Ich habe zwei Nächte im Reuterhaus verbracht. Leider wurde mein Zimmer nach der ersten Übernachtung nicht gereinigt. Es wäre für mich angenehmer gewesen, wenn ich bei meiner Rückkehr ins Hotel ein gemachtes Bett vorgefunden hätte. Außerdem ist der Fernseher zu bemängeln. Ein Röhrengerät tut sicher seinen Dienst, aber für ein halbwegs scharfes Bild sollte gesorgt sein. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Ich habe mehr Auswahl beim Tee, Rührei und ein umfangreicheres Obstangebot vermisst. Die kleinen Mängel wurde durch die freundliche und hilfsbereite Art der Mitarbeiter etwas ausgeglichen.
