"The apartment itself was fine . The issue was the noise we experienced from early morning to 8pm right outside our door. When we enquired about it stopping we were told it’s the law they can work until 8pm. Have stayed in a number of Grano apartments in Gdańsk. This was the worst primarily the building is having work done it is not finished. On looking at finer detail in our booking we were advised there would be work in an adjacent building not outside our door. There were wires and equipment...

"A little hard to open the door with the code. But the appartment was totally renovated as shown on the pictures. Very close to everything you like to see in Gdansk. And very quite still "

"We made complaint about missing bathroom water sink. No respnonse to mail or telephone. This was very unconveniant for our group. Apartment is named elite/premium and there was missing bathroom sink! Not good. With missing bathroom sink there is also bad smell in bathroom due to lack of waterlock. Not any soft bed or coach to sleep in. Noisy street outside. Dirty staircase to apartment. Very disapointed with appartment and close to zero service."

"This property was not available and the host would not answer a call, so I ended up having to stay elsewhere for the night. Luckily l, Expedia refunded me, but on the day of my arrival I had no place to stay for a moment, so this was a terrible experience. Do not rent there."
