"We had a wonderful experience. From the beginning to the very end, the staff was very informative and courteous. Room was very spacious for us four and the ocean view from our private balcony was spectacular! Alberto, our bellman was outstanding. He made us laugh and feel comfortable from the beginning of arrival to the very end of our stay. I did get food poisoning the last day which was terrible because everything was going great so far! We also did have to request room cleaning a few times throughout our stay due to incomplete restocking of things like toilet paper and hand towels. Those were minor issues we had. It overall, we loved it here. The pictures online match exactly what the resort looks like so we appreciated that too. Some places do that nowadays, unfortunately. We will definitely recommend this place to others and would come back to Hyatt Ziva! "

"Just incredible vibes at this place. So close to town but feels like a little pocket of boho heaven. I loved the morning yoga, all of the food (allergen friendly), and the short boat ride to the beach club with such a calm, lovely, swimmable access point. Everyone was very friendly as well! "

"“The hotel was large and impressive—very clean, with nice pool access right from my room. Unfortunately, the jet tub wasn’t working properly, and water leaked out, which made quite a mess. The oceanfront view was beautiful, though the waves were too strong for swimming (not the hotel’s fault). The staff were amazing—very kind, professional, and always ready to help. Overall, a lovely stay with great service despite a few minor issues.” "
