"Check in was fast and easy, room was clean, bed very comfortable and clean. We were missing coffee pods but we didn’t notice until the morning so we had coffee at breakfast. I don’t care for bathtubs or shower curtains in hotels but the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was very good quality with good options. Breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"This place is a gem. The hotel is very nice and clean. The rooms are accommodating and the breakfast was good. The hotel is surrounded by lots of shopping and eating restaurants. "

"The hotel is being updated, but there are still some places that could use an improvement. The pool was nasty. Our door handle was broken on the room. The shower wasn't great. The room was clean and the lobby was nice. Staff were friendly. "

"Experience started out with a phone conversation with newest manager Jennifer DeCola making her aware that old manager Dana charged with reorganizing property had left a credit of 2 comp days in their computer under my name for the issues from my last visit, Jennifer responded she would check it out and we would take care of it when I got there. At check in I again asked about the 2 days and was told nothing she could do at that point because I had paid online through Expedia which wasn't true as I had opted to pay at the property, so that meant she had already processed the card on file before I even got there, I was planning to pay on my company card. Again was told she would look into it and if I decided to stay extra days could use it then, so was basically brushed off. Next was weird making reservations his trip because sometimes there would be 1 room available and 10 minutes later it would say 8 available kind of strange, and prices changing the same way up and down, finally made a reservation for the week. Place was very quiet from past visit so I thought good back to normal, first room hadn't been cleaned yet so changed rooms no problem as plenty others available, new room clean and ready to go though did smell a little of stale smoke. Mostly people staying were for work in the area, some out of town guests, has a policy of taking no guests who live within 50 miles. Less than half occupied after that until I left so very quiet and odd for this place. "

"This was not a good experience. The owner he did not want to service the room. He only gave you 1 roll of toilet paper. Whenit came to towels the towels had stains and very dirty. My remote fell behind the bed. When I went to retrieve the remote behind the bed was nasty. Cigarette, cigar, packages along with old food and dirt was between the bed and wall on the floor. The bathroom toilet kept backing up. He did nothing to fix the issues. After asking several times. He kept trying to ask guest would they want a job to clean his rooms. Very unprofessional. I deserve a refund. And to add the roaches were terrible in all rooms. Guest were complaining. "
