Okay place

It was an average type of stay. Had a microwave, small fridge and coffee maker. Breakfast in the morning was nothing spectacular...small yogurt, dry cereal, pastries. Room was clean and staff was friendly.

The hotel was adequate. The temperature was good and the heating/a/c unit wasn't too loud. The bed was comfortable. The night stand had food stains from a previous guests and the ironing board was broke. There was no place to hang clothes. The continental breakfast was OK, but there aren't any convenient places to go to have a good breakfast.

Outstanding staff

The hotel staff was excellent. My payment to expedia was processed, but card for Expedia declined on hotel side. Staff took care of it, did amazing. Only negative, only outlet was behind bed and didnt work-huge fire hazard. Had to charge phone at bathroom sink.

If breakfast is from 6 am- 10am it’s no reason at 7:30 it’s nothing really available it was a few mini muffins 3 dry pancakes no milk for cereal and a few yogurts. And according to the person behind the counter that’s all they had. I know you get what you pay for but if your saying you have breakfast it should be there fully stocked or take that option out I was there 4 days and it looked the same each time I checked. If you have kids this could be a saver if you really didn’t want to go out each time for breakfast

Two Night Stay

The check in/out process was fine, the staff was friendly. They did provide breakfast but it was more of a "grab and go" style - the breakfast was in the lobby and there were only two tables in the lobby. The food was items like yogurts, boiled eggs, honey buns, danish, waffles/pancakes you could take back to your room to heat up. When my family and I entered the room the ceiling light did not work, we could only use the lamps inside the room but since we got in so late, we didn't think much about it. We did a bed bug check (there were none) and we went to bed. As the stay went on we began to notice more and more. The toilet was broken, we had to manually flush with the tank lid off, the hair dryer didn't work, the mini fridge was not very cold. They did provide coffee and supplies but not a coffee pot. The room itself was not very clean - there was a lot of cob webs and dust. There was hair stuck to the shower wall, dirty hand prints and writing on the walls. There was even words scratched into the headboards. We were only in the room at night so we just dealt with it. If it would've been a longer stay or if we needed to spend more time in the room I don't think we would've been able to tolerate it.
